Support

WebMaster Incorporated maintains three types of support for ParaDrive and DriveShare including live chat, forums and email. There is no support charge for these services. Details are listed below.

When communicating to one of our support staff, please have the following items ready:

  • Product, Version and Operating System.
  • A description of the problem you are having.
  • A short description of your network topology.

On-line Discussion

Email Support

If you encounter problems with the installation or operation of ConferenceRoom and our online support is closed please send email to driveshare 'at' webmaster.com and we will attempt to answer your question as soon as possible.
