Training
Webmaster is committed to providing training
- in English, French and Spanish, free of charge to our customers
as a way of enabling them to gain the maximum use of our products.
If a customer, new or existing, can prove that they have completed
all the recommended training within 90 days of purchasing their
license Webmaster will give a 25% credit against the cost of their
support contract.
The
free training sessions are limited in availability and size and
are outlined below. Customers who purchase the Professional edition
will need to take first three modules of training and Customer who
purchase The Enterprise edition all four modules.
Customers who require or request training outside the published
schedule will be charged as will customers who receive dedicated
training in other languages
Our general trainings are held every Tuesday at 10:00AM EST and
Thursday's at 3:00PM EST The general training sessions cover everything
from channel management, services primer, embedded applet configurations
etc. Owing to size limitations these sessions are offered on a first
come first served basis you need to confirm 24hours in advance that
you will be attending a general training or your place may be reallocated.
When booking or confirming a training course you need to provide
the following:
- Your ConferenceRoom support reference key
- Which Edition you are using
- The operating system, if using a Unix system
we may need to know which kernel is being used.
- The amount of RAM on your system
- If you have a knowledge of basic IRC commands
let us know as well.

Private trainings are held on a per need basis
Training defined as chargeable will be billed at the rate of $100 per
hour subject to a minimum charge of $300.
