There are three levels
of support that will meet your specific needs. The Basic plan which
focuses on customer education; Standard which provides customers
with specific answers to support questions during business hours
and; Priority which provides for 24/7 support coverage. Please see

hours to accommodate the needs of our customers. Our official support

Tuesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (GMT-05)
Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (GMT-05)
Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (GMT-05)
Friday Closed
Please Note
When communicating to one of our support staff, please have the
following items ready:
- Version - Trial, Business, Professional or
Enterprise Edition and License (if available).
- A description of the problem you are having.
- If the server is running, the IP address where
the server can be reached.
- Your customer support number

and we will answer your question as soon as possible.
Phone Support
If you have a Priority Support contract then telephone support is available
by calling +1 (408) 367-2200 and asking for the ConferenceRoom
support department. Please have your support key and serial number available
along with a detailed description of your problem.
Trial Users
We want your experience with ConferenceRoom to be very successful and
will do all in our power to assist you in setting up your server. Please
