Priority: $450 Professional Edition per annum $1500 Enterprise Edition per annum Priority support is the highest level of support available. We provide you with 24x7 contact 365 days a year; you may telephone our office and by quoting your Priority Support contract number the call will be transferred to a support technician or engineer to receive immediate attention: alternatively you may request that a return call be made at a time more convenient to you. In addition to the Standard support services, Priority Support customers are automatically included in the product development working party that seeks ideas from the customer base and provides advance previews of products in development. Priority Support Organizations are invited to partake in our Beta test programs and will receive discounts for use against future products. Support plan discounts are available to those customers that complete our free training courses within 90 days of purchase. Installation Assistance: $300 Professional Edition $600 Enterprise Edition Installation assistance includes everything that's needed to get the server up and running based on the customers needs. This includes configuring channel logging, profanity filters, security options and working with the customer to make sure that the system is ready to become operational. |
