Support
We want to provide support in the way you feel
most comfortable: Online, email, telephone or even facsimile. Because
every organization has differing requirements for support we offer
customers 3 different support plans:
Basic:
Provided Free Of Charge by Webmaster
The Basic level of support is provided to customers
that do not have a formal support contract. Customers will be entitled
to receive bug fixes and update notifications for one year after
the purchase of the product. Contact can be made with our support
group via online chat or through email at: (support@webmaster.com)
whichever you choose. This form of support stresses teaching the
customer how to utilize the help documents, manual and FAQ's so
that the customer will become self sufficient and able to configure
and use the servers full potential.
Standard:
$150 Professional Edition per annum
$500 Enterprise Edition per annum
With the Standard Support contract you can communicate directly
with our support staff via online chat or email during normal support
hours to resolve your problem without delay - you may contact our
Support organization at anytime but requests for help outside of
hours will not be processed until the following working day. Unlike
the Basic support plan, which concentrates on customer education,
Standard support will provide customers with the answers to specific
issues that they are experiencing. Support plan discounts are available
to those customers that complete our free training courses within
90 days of purchase.
