Customer Support

We want to provide support in the way you feel most comfortable: Online, email, telephone or even facsimile. Because every organization has differing requirements for support we offer customers 3 different support plans:

Basic:

Provided Free Of Charge by WebMaster

The Basic level of support is provided to customers that do not have a formal support contract. Customers will be entitled to receive bug fixes and update notifications for one year after the purchase of the product. Contact can be made with our support group via online chat or through email at: (support@webmaster.com) whichever you choose. This form of support stresses teaching the customer how to utilize the help documents, manual and FAQ's so that the customer will become self sufficient and able to configure and use the servers full potential.

Standard:

$150 Professional Edition per annum
$500 Enterprise Edition per annum

With the Standard Support contract you can communicate directly with our support staff via online chat or email during normal support hours to resolve your problem without delay - you may contact our Support organization at anytime but requests for help outside of hours will not be processed until the following working day. Unlike the Basic support plan, which concentrates on customer education, Standard support will provide customers with the answers to specific issues that they are experiencing. Support plan discounts are available to those customers that complete our free training courses within 90 days of purchase.

Priority:

$450 Professional Edition per annum
$1500 Enterprise Edition per annum

Priority support is the highest level of support available. We provide you with 24x7 contact 365 days a year; you may telephone our office and by quoting your Priority Support contract number the call will be transferred to a support technician or engineer to receive immediate attention: alternatively you may request that a return call be made at a time more convenient to you. In addition to the Standard support services, Priority Support customers are automatically included in the product development working party that seeks ideas from the customer base and provides advance previews of products in development. Priority Support Organizations are invited to partake in our Beta test programs and will receive discounts for use against future products. Support plan discounts are available to those customers that complete our free training courses within 90 days of purchase.

Installation Assistance:

$300 Professional Edition
$600 Enterprise Edition

Installation assistance includes everything that's needed to get the server up and running based on the customers needs. This includes configuring channel logging, profanity filters, security options and working with the customer to make sure that the system is ready to become operational.
